The Citroën Berlingo Mk3 (K9, 2018–present) monitors tyre pressures and learns a reference set, so after you inflate or change a tyre you tell it the new values are correct. On most Berlingos you do this through the touchscreen. Here’s how to clear the warning.
Set the Pressures First
Inflate all four tyres cold to the figure on the driver’s door-pillar label, then store the reference.
How to Reset the Berlingo TPMS
- Adjust the pressures, then turn the ignition on.
- On the touchscreen, open the ‘Driving assistance’ menu.
- Select ‘Under-inflation detection’ and choose ‘Initialise’ / ‘Reset’.
- Confirm — the system stores the current pressures as the new reference.
On Berlingos without the touchscreen, the reset is via the on-board-computer menu or a dedicated button — check your handbook for the exact control.
If the Light Stays On
- Re-check every tyre — one low corner keeps the warning on.
- Always re-initialise after inflating or a wheel change — the system needs the new baseline.
Frequently Asked Questions
How do I reset the tyre pressure light on a Citroën Berlingo?
Set the pressures, then on the touchscreen go to Driving assistance → Under-inflation detection → Initialise.
Do I need a tool?
No — the Berlingo stores the reference from its own menu.
Why does the light come on in cold weather?
Pressures drop as temperature falls. Top up to the label figure and re-initialise.
It came on after a wheel change — why?
The reference moved. Re-run the initialisation so the new pressures become the baseline.
If a fault code is stored, look it up on autodtcs.com. To clear a service reminder, see our Berlingo Mk3 service reset.
