The fourth-generation BMW X5 (G05, 2018-present) runs BMW Operating System 7 (iDrive 7), offered as xDrive 25d, 30d, 40d and M50d diesels, 40i petrol, 45e plug-in-hybrid, and the M50i/M60i and X5 M (F95). It keeps Condition Based Servicing, so the service light resets from the dash with the trip button; the tyre-pressure monitor resets through iDrive and the 12V battery sits in the luggage compartment.
