After maintenance such as a brake-fluid change on your Polestar 2 (2021–2024), the service indicator can be reset from the driver’s seat with a pedal-and-button sequence — no tool needed.
Before You Start
- Only reset after the relevant maintenance is done.
- Have the car powered on and your foot ready for the brake pedal.
Resetting the Service Indicator
- Press and hold the brake pedal.
- Press and hold the button (A) on the steering wheel/stalk.
- Move the gear selector to ‘D’ (or ‘R’) and wait about 10 seconds until a warning light flashes.
- Within 4 seconds, release button (A).
