Honda’s fourth-generation Honda CR-V Mk4 (RM) (2012–2018) was a roomy, comfortable family SUV offered with petrol and the 1.6 i-DTEC diesel across front- and all-wheel-drive forms. After servicing, its Maintenance Minder system expects to be reset — the dedicated service reset that clears the wrench and recalculates the next oil interval once fresh oil is in. Owners also run a TPMS reset (Honda’s deflation-warning system relearns at a button press) after setting tyre pressures, and clear the brake pad wear warning when new pads are fitted.
