The fourth-generation Nissan Altima (L32, 2007–2012) introduced the push-button Intelligent Key to the Altima line, with a combination-meter self-diagnosis mode entered from the odometer/trip button and an idle-air-volume relearn needed after a battery disconnect. Offered with the QR25DE four-cylinder and VQ35DE V6, it also carries a physical Intelligent Key port so a car with a flat key-fob battery can still be started. There is no resettable dashboard service light on this generation — the guides here cover the resets that genuinely exist.
