The first Volvo XC40 (536) 2017-present introduced the CMA platform, winning European Car of the Year with its bold compact-SUV design and later a fully electric Recharge variant. On combustion and mild-hybrid models the electronics still expect resetting after servicing. An oil service reset restarts the interval once fresh oil is added, while a TPMS reset handles tyre pressure changes.
